Etchell began her healthcare journey assisting in private practice, working in healthcare systems in Haiti, and serving as a care manager in New York. Her diverse experience has reinforced the importance of compassion, attentiveness, and education in supporting patients. She is motivated by empowering individuals to maintain healthy lifestyles despite daily challenges. She believes education is a key tool in helping individuals achieve their health goals.
Outside of work, Etchell enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and hopes to one day start a homestead.
